Wisconsin Cheese will once again participate in the 5th Annual StarChefs.com International Chefs Congress on September 20-22, 2010, where the world's most respected chefs, mixologists, sommeliers, and restaurateurs will gather in New York to discuss the latest trends in the food and beverage industries. The historic Park Avenue Armory will once again host over 70 presenters and 1,500 of their culinary peers. The three day symposium is the most influential platform for sharing techniques, conducting live cooking demonstrations, leading hands-on workshops and discussing the constantly changing business environment. This year's ever-evolving theme, Creativity: Art vs. Craft, has long been a subject of debate: is cooking an art or a craft?  ICC will give presenters the opportunity to define their role within the creative process.

The second annual CLEVELAND BEER WEEK will take place from October 15-23, 2010, and will feature hundreds of craft beer tastings, dinners, demonstrations, leisure activities, educational programs, and specials at bars, restaurants, and grocers throughout Cuyahoga County. Established in 2009 as the first event of its kind in northeast Ohio, CLEVELAND BEER WEEK is a not-for-profit, collaborative celebration that raises awareness of the strong craft beer industry while promoting patronage at local establishments and energizing the region’s retail economy.  Various Wisconsin Cheeses will be featured throughout the week at many of the local food establishments, and will also be featured thoughout the week at Heinen's Fine Foods.

Be sure to check out the end of the week celebration "Brewzilla," when Wisconsin Cheese will be paired with many of the local brews.
