Screaming Dutchman Line of Cheeses Makes a Big, Bold Statement

Barron County Cheese is launching its brand of Screaming Dutchman Cheeses. This newly formed company partners with leading Wisconsin cheesemakers to develop their classic Gouda cheese, which is vegetarian, rBST-free, gluten-free and kosher. Each wedge of cheese is hand dipped in colorful wax to complement the eye catching label.
Screaming Dutchman is available in several styles. Spiced Gouda delivers a kick with a blend of habanero, jalapeño and chipotle chiles. Skinny Gouda will appeal to health conscious consumers with its flavorful profile and 50 percent reduced fat cheese. Parmasio blends Parmesan and Asiago cheese flavors into a rich Italian treat. The line also includes Classic Gouda and Smoked Gouda.
