Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® Program
Created in 1994, the Wisconsin Master Cheesemaker® Program is a 3-year course of study administered by the internationally respected Center for Dairy Research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Today, 44 cheesemakers' products proudly bear the Master's Mark® – a symbol of the superior level of quality, technical skills and craftsmanship they have attained.
